yeahooooo~~~ finally i have my own recycle board for making bread...hahaha....98% is from recycle stuff to complete this board :p .. 2 big board (cake plate) is collect from those birthday party, then the 2 fruity drawing actually is from my dining table (table mat) going to disposed then i take it for the back ..so when i do bread wont scartch my dining table ~~ smart neh >.< the only i spend is the wrapping paper ~~ muahahahha v (^^)v

i love D.I.Y ~~ but all my outcome 'ma ma dei' only ..haha...this is the 3 t-shirt that sacrifice when my mood is on ..muahaha.. 1 day cut 3 shirt ..oh my oh my ~~ sometimes feel i very waste..if i didn't cut i still can donate or give for recycle ~~ but this is me ..anyone don't want their t-shirt already ? gimme gimme ~~ i will continue cut cut cut :p lolx

wulala..here i come ~~ Egg Tart ^^

finally start my 1st receipe post for egg tart !! haha..this time my egg tart look more like the egg tart selling outside :p not like portugis tart (1st pic) anymore ^^

蛋液材料：-
白糖 70g

水 145g
鸡蛋 2粒
炼奶 40g
。
做法：
1。将水和幼糖煮至溶解，边用打蛋器搅拌。
2。待凉后。加入打散的2粒蛋液，加入炼奶拌匀。
3。用筛子过滤蛋液3次，备用。

饼皮材料：-
面粉 150g
蛋黄粉 4g
奶粉 4g
白糖 4g
鸡蛋 半粒 （另半粒我是放进蛋液材料里）

牛油 100克 （隔水煮溶）
。做法：-
1。把面粉，蛋黄粉，奶粉，白糖放入碗里，用汤匙混合拌匀。
2。加入蛋液和牛油液体，用汤匙搅拌成面团即可。
～（不要过度搅拌面团，会造成蛋挞皮很实很硬，影响口感）
3。面团分为26g一份，揉成大约11粒。拿一粒面团放到蛋挞模型
中间，用拇指由里到外，慢慢捏盖完塔模。

4。倒入8分满的蛋液。预热烤箱，以180度烤25分钟即可。
